"Overall, the hotel is in very good condition. It was undergoing renovations, so we didn’t have access to the entire hotel, but the area where we stayed was very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, the beds were new, and all the furniture in the room is new since they are remodeling. The beds were very comfortable, and overall the room and our stay were very pleasant. I would definitely return. "

"Went on a 5 day vacation and stayed in the Superior Room and it was clean and just what i expected it to be. However, the tv did not offer streaming from our phones which would have been a plus during downtime. Some of the front end staff were not friendly at times (two gentlemen) but majority of the female workers were helpful and friendly.. Richard who works the restaurant/bar by far is the best, he has great customer service and worked extremely hard. Overall, a great stay and experience in good 'ol Ontario! "
