"We stayed June 14 through June 21. I asked for our room to be cleaned four days after I stay I was told they don’t do a complete cleaning till after five days. I asked on the fifth day housekeeping came in. They did an awful job on our room. All they did was give us two new sheets. They left the comforter on the bed the original comforter that had blood stains on it they never swept the floor. They never swept the balcony. There was seafood shells from our dinner the night before on the balcony, and they never cleaned it. Very poor housekeeping on a good note. The pool was nice and clean and it was cleaned every day with the exception of Sunday, many people were turned off as we watched them come to the pool side to find the cushions for the chairs and lounges were very stained and dirty. They had to put down clean towels to lay on Them. That was a big turn off for us and I’m sure many other of your guest I would suggest either getting rid of the cushions and going to a different type of lounger or change out and clean your cushions."
