"We didn’t get to stay there. When we arrived they said our room was closed for maintenance. We booked long ago due to the proximity to our son’s swim meet. We’ve stayed at the Graduate numerous times and had a good experience. They found us a room at another hotel, but didn’t tell us any of this until we arrived and we were late getting to the swim meet because of their error. A heads up prior to arrival would have appreciated. "
