"Excellent on cleanliness. "

"The rooms are very good. Spacious and comfortable, the bathroom fixtures all work well the breakfast is good but aways the same. Now for the not so good, some of the lights in the room don't work, the elevator nearest to the lobby has been broken for over a month, they allow people to park cars where they should not, finally, their Internet service is really bad and spotty and it can be very slow often. If you have to do any work on a laptop this makes it difficult and frustrating"

"My mirror had blood all over it when I checked in, and in spite of days of calls to the front desk an assurance it would be cleaned, it didn’t. On the third day I demanded a new room as my toddler was trying to touch it and clearly they don’t clean."

"You could probably find worse but you can definitely find better. Needs more maintenance. No hot water for two days, then they shut down the pool and waterslides without notice for ten days. Breakfast was okay."
