We were put on the 3rd floor, upon exiting the elevators saw the ice machine was out of order. Then walking down the hallway there was a weird smell and lots of floor air blowers going looks like they had a major water leak. They were a bit noisy as well. The ac in the room was a bit wonky and didn’t seem to cycle right got extremes of hot and cold and could never get it out just maintain a comfortable level. The fridge in room didn’t hardly get cold. Over all would probably select a different hotel next time. The young lady we checked in with on Saturday night was very friendly and handled the system being down like a champ. Very professional and friendly. The check in system was down so couldn’t check in officially but she was able to work around that.

Peaceful, Quiet and Comfortable stay!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. We even utilize the laundry room they have on premises, it came in handy for us. Employees were courteous and the location is ideal 1 mile proximity to shops, restaurants and other businesses. We will definitely stay here If we are ever back in the area.

I spent 2 weeks here for a work trip. Everything was excellent. Staff were super friendly. Pool and hot tub were very nice. The fitness center was great with top of the line clean new equipment. Coffee in the lobby way better quality than any other hotel that I’ve stayed.

Really nice property, excellent staff, nice clean rooms. A little out of the way from most restaurants and shopping areas. So definitely need a car if staying there. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel. However the staff had taken my credit card at check in. Then after a few minutes asked for a card to secure the stay. Not sure I didn’t remember they already had a card I gave them another. Thought I had lost the other when I went to pay at a local restaurant. Later they called my room and said they “found” my card. A mix up for sure but am grateful for them returning it. Other than that? I recommend this hotel!

Good place for a few days stay. A bit more attention to details in the room could improve guests experience. The bed frame was uncover and seemed old, the room was missing a suitcase stand the blinds were a bit weathered. But overall satisfactory.

Meh, Wouldn’t Stay Again

The location is great with many food options, grocery store, Target. I was surprised how filthy the hallway carpets were and the room was a little run down. Bed was squeaky, sheets and blanket weren’t comfortable and the pillows were small and only 3 for a large bed.

You better stay.

When I check in made comfortable with kindness lady. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was great with wonderful service crew too. I find one of the old man has behave his job, never wasted his time. Super friendly and kindness.
