"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."

"We had an incredible experience. The property is gorgeous, modern, clean and charming. The internal Japanese garden is a work of art. The staff is wonderful and always available to help. we decide to go back and bring our children with us next time. "

"レストランは研修中？の女性が、動き、声かけ、気付きが抜群に良かった。男性陣がもっと全体に目を向けないと研修中の女性の動きがよいだけに負荷がかかりすぎてると思う。ドリンクオーダーもテーブルにベルもないしわざわざ注文を伝えにレジまで行く有様。
夜のコンサート企画は素晴らしい演奏で聴き応えがありました。"
