"Small room, clean--good bathrooms. Helpful staff. Perfect location direct across the street from Roma Termini. And right next door to a supermarket. The wifi consistently failed in Room 634, and was basically unusable for 5 days/4 nights (neither Apple nor Android devices worked.) They offered us a different room, which we declined. We will definitely return."

Very friendly and efficient check-in and check-out. Unprompted, they offered to store our cases for us to collect later before heading to the airport. Very clean throughout the hotel and had our towels changed daily. Some good, inexpensive restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended."
