Wonderful location with a spectacular panorama. Very silent, camera with nice bathroom, almost new, very comfortable beds. 15’ walking from Villa D’Este and the city historical avenues. Very nice town.

Great staff Andrea was very helpful for parking my car and taking us to the city center on the first day since we were unfamiliar with the area. Also Andrea took our luggage from our car to our room on the first day and on the last day he took our luggage from our room to our car.

A truly pleasant experience from start to finish! Communication was excellent, and we received clear instructions well before our arrival. We were just passing through the area for one night on a longer road trip. This place was great for our needs. We were able to walk into old-town Tivoli for a night out. It's walking distance to a lot of the archaeological sites Tivoli in known for. It was easy to get to the property, and there is onsite parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was also very good.

Beautiful!!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful!! Looking out over the city on the terrace and seeing Rome in the distance by the breakfast room was one of the best parts of our entire trip to Europe. It was such a lovely charming place to stay in Tivoli. Our host was amazing! Thank you!!

Antica Villa di Bruto is quiet and in a residential neighborhood but in walking distance to the center of Tivoii. The parking for cars is adequate. The room was clean, and the breakfast was pleasant with fresh fruit as well as pastries and other breakfast foods. Be sure to check on registration requirements as the owners are not always on site.

Nice room and bathroom. Very pleasant and old property. Well maintained. AC worked. Nice breakfast despite some of the other reviews. Parking was adequate despite some of the other reviews. Not quite in walking distance of town (with hot weather). The attached photo does not do justice to the view of the valley below.

A rare view with Rome in the distance

While our room didn’t have a balcony or patio, we did have convenient access to a spectacular terrace with a sensational view. The host was very gracious and helpful. Absolutely great lodging.

A 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville, la Villa Bruto est un havre de paix au calme d'une charmante petite villa avec une vue incomparable de la vallée du Lazio. Le personnel est disponible et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner servi est de très bonne qualité. Seul petit bémol : il serait bien que les portes des chambres soient de vraies portes privatives et pas des portes simples d'intérieur comme entre deux pièces. Ca réduirait la gène des voisins dans les couloirs et rendrait les chambres un peu plus intimes.
