"The hotel is very old and dated, but the room was clean. The main light in our room didn’t work. Breakfast was so so. They offer a shuttle service to the cruise terminal for €5 each."

"The room has a serious health concern. There was an extremely strong mold and mildew smell throughout the room — so strong that even two days after checking out, my pajamas still carried the odor. The environment felt damp and unclean, to the point where we did not even want to touch many of the surfaces in the room. It honestly felt more like a neglected roadside motel than a properly maintained hotel room."

"This property was a welcome respite from busy travel and provided us with a wonderful last night in Italy. We were offered a private pick up at the airport which we used to and from the property for 20 euros each way. The hotel is located 11 minutes from the Rome Airport away from the hustle of the city and very close to the beach. The hardworking staff are absolutely wonderful and the rooms are very very clean and well appointed. The well kept courtyard is a calming place to enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast/dinner. There is of course the sound of the airplanes overhead throughout the day and night but we not bothered given the many other benefits. There is a lovely breakfast and the restaurant is there for a few hours in the evening. There are also beach restaurants in the area offering wonderful views. A is large grocery market/store nearby walking for about 10 minutes. The beach itself is clean and huge and very empty low season but appeared to be gearing up for the busy summer months. Sunsets are beautiful here. Our room had a small kitchen that we did not require but would be nice for a stay by the beach for a longer time. I highly recommend this small hotel for a nice stay before or after your long voyage to Italy. A good place to relax and prepare for what is ahead one way or the other. The price is reasonable as it included breakfast and the quality of the stay. The staff is highly attentive and informative. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!"

"Older property, boutique style. Beds and rooms were decent, showers were terrible - small and very old. Staff were amazing. Overall great experience, bathrooms could use an upgrade."

"This place was very outdated. The rooms had the bare minimal which made our stay very unenjoyable. The beds were uncomfortable and there was visible dust on everything, which makes you wonder how often they clean the place. Only one of the bedrooms had a TV, the other clearly had a connection for it but for some reason it was missing. Our room was also missing a hair dryer, and speaking to another guest, we found out they had one in their room. The staff wasn’t able to give us one since their hair dryers are supposedly wall-mounted. We also had an issue with the place’s location since it’s an 30 minute walk from any decent restaurants or stores and taking a taxi anywhere is going to cost a pretty penny. Overall a very frustrating experience. If you’re looking for a place to stay near Cevitavecchia port before going on a cruise there, avoid this place. Do yourself a favor and find a hotel closer to port."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Area is pretty and quiet. It was a bit far from the airport. Cost us over $100 for taxi to come and going from and to the airport. It is quiet residential place with access to beach close by. There are a few restaurants nearby although not many and opens at 8PM for dinner. Free breakfast was good."
