12months walk from the train station, our host was really welcoming and helpful sending all checkin information ahead of time. We stayed 1 night ahead of a cruise and our host help organise a taxi to the port to which we were very appreciative. The room was very clean and modern and we were very happy with the stay!

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and she was helpful when the ferry arrived two hours late. I’ve also never been to such a clean hotel before…most often I see reviews for “clean” places, and they end up being mediocre. But this place is spotless and the bedding is very clean! I’ve never felt so refreshed after such a gross ferry ride 😂 Would definitely stay here again, 10/10!

The outside of the building does not reflect the nice interior. Overall the owner was very accommodating, she arranged my pick up from the airport and the shuttle to my ship the next day. There is several little restaurants on the same street, and it is walking distance to the boardwalk where you can see the water and there is bars and restaurants with entertainment that you can go to. Overall nice area and good experience, I wish I had gone a few days earlier to take advantage of going to visit the surroundings, very nice small town.

We stayed one night before our cruise. Melina made sure we were welcome before our stay even began. Once we arrived our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had many options. The whole experience made us feel at home.

She provided detailed information to access, she responded quickly on What’s up app. The room had premium linens and towels, nice patio, comfortable bed and pillows. The room was very clean. Milena is an AMAZING host!!! I HIGHLY recommend this property! Expedia made an error but the host still honored the reservation even with the error and did not charge us. The city is quiet at night so there were no taxis for my daughter and I when we arrived by ferry but Milena continued to stay in contact with us until we reached her property. Once we arrived, she virtually opened the doors for us to make for easy access, which was very helpful so late at night (almost midnight) and with heavy luggage. Absolutely wonderful room! Very modern and clean. The bed was also very soft and comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long as we had to leave in the morning and didn’t unpack anything but the room offered anything you would need. If I ever come back to this part of Italy, I will definitely stay here again. The host is friendly, caring, kind, professional and an excellent communicator!! I highly recommend it! Thank you Milena for watching out for us until we got settled in. You went out of your way😊

We are regular visitors to Civitavecchia and have always stayed along the seafront, so we were initially a little apprehensive about booking accommodation further into the town. However, Gallery Suite proved to be an excellent choice. The location was much quieter than the seafront while still being within easy walking distance of the main streets, shops, and restaurants. The accommodation has been finished and equipped to a very high standard, with great attention to quality and comfort throughout. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I genuinely had one of the best nights' sleep I've had while away from home. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend Gallery Suite to anyone visiting Civitavecchia. We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to return.
