"I liked the staff most of all. All friendly, courteous, interactive - even when I wasn’t , as I have bipolar disorder, they all made me feel seen heard and held. I even bought the team a thank you gift as a gesture of good will and gratitude and to somehow give back a little of what they did for me. An excellent choice of hotel and a marvellous example set by the hotel team. Muy bien! :) "

"Fantastic hotel that was within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Massive king size bed with lovely bedding. Great sized room and we enjoyed upgrading to Red to allow us access to the private bar which was a great place for a quick drink before going out for dinner. All the staff engage as you pass and are lovely and welcoming. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice from cooked options, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, fruits and cereals- so something for everyone. Highly recommended."
