I reached out to Expedia for help as this was not my choice. I reached out to HI. Neither would adjust the date. All I needed was for them to place the date as March 10th. I will never work with Expedia or Holiday In ever again. A simple adjustment to make it all OK, and you wanna be greedy for a couple hundred dollars? Karma delivers! "

"This Hampton wasn’t up to par versus other Hamptons we’ve stayed at. Everything was fine just dated; ex. furnishings. Staff were very helpful. My only 2 complaints or disappointments were these: the shuttle quit running at 11pm. We flew in, got our luggage and it was 11:10pm. We had to pay $40+ for a taxi to drive us 7.5 miles. I know many hotels run 24 hours. I never thought to ask as 24 hrs has been my experience. And the second is no driver spoke English. One driver had to get another person to translate to English. Another spoke to a passenger to let us know to scan the code for a rating. They were nice. Just hard communicating in our own USA. "

"Breakfast was very minimum. Our room was facing the expressway and was noisy from traffic and nearby hospital ambulances "

"Honestly, the towels were crusty and the room has a wet, damp smell. The people I spoke to on the phone were kind of huffy with me (when someone finally answered). It was fine for an 8 hour layover, but I wouldn't stay longer than that."
