"Wir waren im April 22 für sehr schöne 5 Tage in diesem Haus. Das Kokoro bietet die fast einmalige Gelegenheit, in einem traditionellen alten japanischen Haus zu leben. Im Obergeschoss sind Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Ankleide, Balkon und Toilette. Im Ergeschoss wird gefrühstückt und befindet sich das Badezimmer mit grosser Holzbadewanne. "The staff in this hotel were extremely helpful with packing up delicate items before we travelled. They also offered free decaf drip coffee bags which is extremely rare in Japan and was very welcome. The location was convenient for various sights. The room was a little tight as we had three people staying in a room, so an extra bed had been added; without that it would have been quite good."

"チェックインの時にIHGの会員登録をしたら、チェックアウトが14時迄になったので、良かったです。別館でシングルということなので、部屋は広くなく、普通という感じでしたが、寝心地は良かったです。朝食も期待通り種類が多く、美味しかったので満足してます。鯛めしやじゃこ天といった松山のソウルフードもありました。"

"직원들 친절하시고 실제로 현지 일본사람들도 많이 이용하는 호텔. 조식은 전날 주문이 원칙이나 당일에 재료보고 추가요금 내고 이용할 수도 있음. 가격대비 만족도 높음. 다만 오카이도 상점가까지 7분 거리이고, 마쓰야마시역까지 20분 정도 걸리는 점, 공항행 셔틀 정거장까지 10분 정도 걸리는 것만 빼면 근처 이자카야도 많고, 먹거리, 돈키호테 쇼핑, 편의점 등 가까와서 다음에도 이 정도 가격 수준이 유지된다면 다시 이용 의사 있음."

"As you check in on the 13th floor it would be helpful to have a clearer sign in the entrance foyer. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay, the room and facilitates. It is conveniently located for many shops ahd restaurants and for the tram. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, mainly Japanese. Room cleaning is organised before 8am via an app on the TV, which we kept forgetting, so bear that in mind each day that you stay."
