Great location! Walkable to matsuyama city station and the JR station. Right across the street from tram stops. Room was comfortable and clean, bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. Breakfast was average, but definitely not the worst we had in Japan! Nice to be able to get a tea or water after a day out.

Nice hotel, not fussy but clean and efficient. Staff very helpful and rooms are basic. Breakfast is great with healthier choices than most. Will stay again. They have lockers to store luggage.

100% recommend!!!

This hotel was perfect for our short stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really excellent! Tasty, healthy, and tons of options for the kids and adults. Would 100% stay here again. Location is also really good - walkable to a large park, the Ferris wheel, and a ton of restaurants.

Rooms are very comfortable and surprisingly large for a Japanese hotel. Good luggage storage system. Library area very pleasant to relax and have a drink while waiting to check in We were lucky enough to get one of only 5 parking spots on site Near Tram stop for Dogo Onsen.

The rooms are very spacious especially considering japan standards. Well equiped and breakfast is included. Very convenient for public transport -just a few minutes walking to the station. Staff at the frint desk helped us with ordering taxi when it was raining. Brillisnt hotel, great staff and woukd stay ahain.

Good hotel, good location, breakfast just mah

The hotel was and room was nice. The staff was nice and I liked the location. The only downfall was the breakfast. Of all the breakfasts I had in Japan this was the worse. The hotel is close to the Matsuyama City station and short distance to a nice walking area. Can walk to the Castle too. B Close to a great covered shopping area too.

The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was ok. However we didn’t appreciate the self check-in and although the staff was available to guide us, they were not overly friendly. It felt like we were disturbing them. That aside, I would recommend the hotel as it is very well located.

Half block from the tram station that takes you to many tourist sites. Included breakfast is good. Desk staff courteous a make efforts to deal with language issues. Three washer/dryer machines with online status (in use/open) were used and saved a lot from the hotel’s laundry service.

Hotel was very clean and had a nice breakfast. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, yet they only provided 2 towels and 2 pillows. The front desk staff was able to get us additional towels but said the hotel ran out of pillows. How does a hotel not buy enough pillows for their rooms? If only going to prepare room for 2 guests, then they shouldn’t book for 4. We made the reservation months in advance, so plenty of time to prepare. Ultimately, lack of pillows and small beds made for a poor night sleep. The parking lot options are a few blocks away, so also not the most convenient for carrying luggage.

Very servicable business style hotel with decent breakfast (however don't expect gourmet at these prices!!). A bit far from shopping and eating, tho still many choices within 15-20 min walk. 15 min walk from Matsuyama City station (nb this is NOT the JR Station). Good access to trams.
