"This apartment was so lovely - spacious, clean, bright, and has everything you could need. We felt safe, welcome, and comfortable. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go, the neighborhood was quiet, and the hosts communicated thoroughly. We will happily return, and highly recommend! "Pros: -great water pressure in kitchen sink and shower -toilet paper and paper towels provided -great fridge/freezer -bath sink soap, washing up liquid -washer and dryer plus detergent pods -well supplied kitchen -ironing board Cons: -contact from an unknown email … no mention of dates, location/address or city -very noisy -unknown men came to the door late at night (How did they get into the building?) -TV a challenge to get tuned to actual TV programs -shower has mold near floor -no shower...

"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. The amenities in the apartment...

"The property was ideal for a family stay in Bergen, with three good-sized bedrooms. The city centre was a short walk away. The property had a good kitchen/dining setup, it was easy to cook at home in the evenings."
