"This is our second time staying at this hotel and if I could give it over 5 stars I would. For starters, we got the biggest room they had which is the only room on the 3rd floor which is a plus. The rooms are always clean, which is a must, but their staff is the best of any hotel. We ended up getting sick and the staff were so attentive and helpful at all times. I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay in Guadalajara. "

"The room: the Jacuzzi was not a Jacuzzi! It was a big water reservoir. And the room the first night had a drainage odor, we asked be moved to another room, but it never happened the rest of the facilities was ok and the personal treatment too "
