"This is quite a modern unit, with new rooms and furnishings. The staff were most helpful. The parking was only €10 per day, which is reasonable. We did not take advantage of the breakfast (extra charge), but it looked good. There is an elevator. There was not a good night light in our room. One down-side might be the location, a ways out of town, but it was only a 10-15 minute drive into the city. The property is right next to a main public transit hub (bus and streetcar). Good air conditioning and free WiFi."

"A quiet, fairly residential location meant we weren't quite sure what to expect from this hotel. We were delighted. The room was the usual size but well appointed with a great powerful shower and unusually a heat lamp to help you stay cosy while getting dried! We ate in the restaurant and the food was enjoyable. Breakfast had a good selection of items too. We used the garage to park our cycles and the racks were easy to access and seemed secure. The town centre wasn't too far away and there was nice parkland nearby for walks."

"Good basic hotel across from the train station in Titisee. Free parking was helpful, and it was in walking distance to the Badeparadis. The included breakfast was good and well stocked. Note that there are rooms on the fourth floor and there is no lift, so that can be a slog. The rooms are traditional and a bit beaten around the edges, but fine — the only thing we missed were curtains for the window in the sitting room / bathroom area (or a door to close it off) so the early sun through the ceiling window wouldn’t wake us. My main complaint was check-in. The hotel badgers you twice a day for a week before your stay to do online check-in. I did it, and when I turned up at their check-in machine (there is no staffed reception), none of what you entered in online check-in has been noted and you have to enter it ALL, all over again. Very odd and annoying system."
