"Our experience in the Black Forest was fantastic! The room has all new appliances and kitchenware and it is completely pet friendly, I wish I had taken my cat with me! It would be 100% possible with an all wooden furniture. We were in the last room of the hall so the internet was very limited, but still it forced us to disconnect and it was extremely relaxing after all. The staff was super friendly and responsive, we got all the info and help we needed all the time. I will go back with my cat...

"Overall overpriced for what you get. Beautiful area but 40 minute drive to Triberg and at least 10 to Titisee-Neustadt. The hotel is charming and traditionally decorated and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would have eaten dinner there but there were a crazy amount of flies in the restaurant. Most importantly this hotel does NOT have mini golf, fishing or a golf range on site even though these are listed as amenities. Also not sure that they should...

"Wonderful apartment in the heart of Titisee. Lovely decor and very clean, modern and well equipped. A nice surprise to find a sauna as well. Titisee itself was nice, but everything was closed by 7pm, so either make use of the kitchen in the apartment or eat out early! On site parking was included and very handy. Nice touches like an honesty bar and wellness room. Only issue was finding the property as it is down what looks like a pedestrian only street. Some additional instructions to make it clear that this was the correct route of access would have been helpful."

Provided with us a card which allowed us to visit numbers of place free of cost - saved used around $$$. Issue checking in due to iPad not working (as no front desk available). "This is a well priced hotel (particularly compared to city centre hotels) conveniently placed on the edge of the city. There are no thrills, not even a kettle in the room. But it is right next to the tram on a direct 15 minute line into the city centre. The trams run frequently, even later at night. A weird interaction checking in. We arrived before checking in time, but asked anyway if we could check in. Without even checking if our rooms were ready we were told no. We pointed we had two rooms booked just as a second request, so the person on reception checked her computer and then decided we could check in as the rooms were ready. Strange. Beds were very comfortable, air conditioning and opening windows. The hotel was fine for what we wanted."
