"This hotel was the closest to a 4 day event I was attending. So I booked it without much hesitation. Later on I went back on the booking platform to peruse reviews and was alarmed to read about bedbugs, poor upkeep, towels problems and such. I’m please to say my room didn’t have bedbugs. But it also didn’t have bath towels and it took a good couple of days to get them despite bringing it up.Housekeeping only came once in 4 days but that frankly didn’t bother me. The keycard worked every day except for the last night. I brought lots of snacks to avoid using their restaurant for breakfast but it looks like at least one morning it was closed due to lack of staff. Bring an eye mask. The curtains are purely decorative and cannot be closed. There are no window shades so unless you’re an early morning person you really need the eye mask. The AC works well although it’s rather loud. Between that and the fridge, you’re better off using earplugs. All in all- if it’s a good deal or really close to where you need to be, it’s a solid option. "

"Very nice property, we had a great stay overall. We visited the area for the first time to see the Finger Lakes and all the wonderful waterfalls - surprise - the summer has been very dry so the waterfalls were water trickles - still wonderful sights - just disappointed a bit. The hotel / bed was a bit of an issue since the fitted sheet on our King size bed did not fit correctly and would slid off and bunch up during the night as you move - frustrating and hard to sleep. "

"Its in a safe and quiet area along the Susquehanna and convenient to get to stores, parks, eateries, and the famous riverwalk and shopping at the shops on historical front St."

"So I travel 110 days a year minimum and stay in hotels all the time. I get so sick of staying in hotels. When I found this place I was so happy to have a change of scenery. I had no idea though how it would go. All I can say it was the most amazing relaxing place I’ve stayed this year. I can’t say enough about the hospitality being able to order firewood ice or just help in general right from my phone! Glamping at its best lol!!! Jake was awesome! When he delivered my firewood he also brought an additional blanket because said it might get a bit chilly that night! Unreal! Also it rained quite a bit that evening earlier not a drip got through! The restroom and shower facilities were clean and very spacious! If you are tired of hotels or looking for a longer stay don’t overlook this place!! And I don’t leave many reviews!!! "
