"The staff were great and accommodating. Room was clean but not hot water coming out of the sink. Shower was warm but not hot. You have to request room service or they won't come. Biggest con is having to pay $23/day to park."

"Shower didn’t drain and zero towels in room to start… shower leaked all over the floor Reno just isn’t done will prolly be much better when it is, a lot of chipped paint and broken/ splintered door frames for 259 a night… tv was also about 20ft from end of the bed.. at 40in you can’t see it lol"
