"My partner and I had a pretty unpleasant experience with this accommodation. A solid handful of the amenities listed in the description were nowhere to be found. The cleanliness was not up to par. The pool was unswimmable with its murky green waters. Their wifi only works within a close range of the front desk and all the rooms are quite far from it. "My family and I had a one night stay at Casa Belina and the staff, especially Jane, treat you so well. We started our stay with a complementary van transfer from Puerto Princesa airport to the hotel and were welcomed by Jane when we arrived. This property is extremely clean and the staff do well to make you feel at home. Jane was also very helpful in booking us a city tour as well as arranging transportation for the next part of our trip. If we ever go back to Puerto Princesa, we will definitely book at Casa Belina again."
