Grand Hotel Tijuana
place is beautiful, safe, and has excellent pool and jacuzzi with staff ready to serve you. rooms are comfy and extra-large. I recommend this place and I will stay there again for my next vacation.

Hotel Festival Plaza Playas Rosarito
The view was beautiful. The room was spotless! The staff helpful and friendly. The only thing bad about this hotel is the location near the clubs. The music pounded thru the room until after 1 AM, on a Wednesday. It made sleep impossible. I will not return.
