Hotel Festival Plaza Playas Rosarito
The room was nice with a nice view, no ac though just the ceiling fan however the window opens so we were able to feel the breeze at night. The remote controls for the TV did not work but that was it. The breakfast was amazing we truly enjoyed that!!
