"I loved staying here. Vute building with couryards and even a sushi restaurant. Love the neighborhood. Great coffee shop 1min walk Native coffee. Comfortable beds. Nothing fancy but all you need. My only complaint was that the room smelled moldy. I would love to stay there again. Hopefully they fix that problem"

"I did not actually stay at this property. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to urgently leave Tijuana and attempted to cancel this reservation within minutes of booking. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide any flexibility and strictly enforced a non-refundable policy. I fully understand that policies exist — that’s not the issue. But when a guest requests a cancellation literally within one minute, there is clearly room for basic human judgment and exception handling. Choosing to hide behind policy in a situation like this says a lot about the level of the property. It reflects a very rigid, profit-first approach rather than genuine hospitality. This experience alone is enough for me to never consider staying here. I would strongly recommend being extremely careful when booking this property. If anything changes in your plans — even immediately — don’t expect any understanding or support. Very disappointing experience."
