Unfortunately at the time we arrived it was already late around 8:30pm they told us that there were no rooms available, we were like 5 people waiting for a room, apparently they accept walk-ins without first securing those we already booked and paid, we waited almost 3 hours for a room..

El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Instalaciones muy limpias y modernas. La decoración con un toque de tijuana me encanto. La vista de mi habitación estaba perfecta y la ubicación esta muy céntrica si estas pensando en visitar Tijuana. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Excelente experiencia de principio a fin. El hotel totalmente nuevo y de lujo, las instalaciones son elegantes y excelente ambiente
Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal. Siempre fueron amables, atentos y con una actitud genuina de servicio.
La habitación fue muy cómoda, impecablemente limpia, con muy buenos detalles y gran vista de la ciudad. También disfrutamos el restaurante; la calidad de los alimentos y el servicio fueron excelentes.
Es un hotel que cuida los pequeños detalles y eso hace la diferencia. Sin duda regresaría y lo recomendaría a quienes buscan un lugar con muy buen servicio en Tijuana
