Hotel Ticuán
Very friendly and helpful staff. ! Love it! My room was next to the elevator so for me it was noise. But beside that detail everything else was just perfect!

Hotel Grand One Plaza
The only issue I had was the heater not working and being that it's winter, we were pretty cold. Just for that I give 3 stars instead of 5. We even had room service try to help and it still didn't work. We didn't ask for another room only because we didn't want to bother anymore.
