"Keep in mind this is a party resort. The staff and food were excellent. Grounds (area) were very clean. My room was very clean. My only concern was the band stage that went from 6pm to midnight everyday but Saturday that went from 6pm to 2am. Would I book the resort again that would be a definite YES. I had a great time !!!"

"When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...

"I was disappointed with my family’s stay and the lack of clear information during the booking process. I booked three rooms through Expedia: one suite for my parents, one deluxe room for my sister and her husband, and another deluxe room for my brother, his wife, and their child. The room descriptions indicated that the deluxe rooms could accommodate multiple guests, and during booking the only breakfast options available were “with breakfast” or “without breakfast.” However, there was no explanation that breakfast was only included for one person in the deluxe room. If this had been clearly stated, I would have gladly paid for the additional breakfasts for my family members. There was also no option during checkout to add breakfast per person or select how many guests would receive breakfast. My family was surprised and disappointed when they checked in and learned that only one guest per deluxe room could have breakfast included. It was confusing because the suite included breakfast for two people, while the deluxe rooms included breakfast for only one person. This important information should be clearly explained before guests complete their reservation. The breakfast itself was also quite expensive for what was offered. For a hotel at this price point, I expected better transparency, better value, and a smoother experience for families. Because of this experience, I would probably choose a different hotel in the future—one that provides clearer booking information, f"
