"If you're visiting from far away like the United States or on a special trip, I'd recommend staying at the Blue Apple Beach Club instead. You don't want to cheap on the little stuff on a vacation. The room was advertisied as having Wifi, and it did not have Wifi or cell signal. Youll have to walk by the pool area to make calls. Also the bathroom has black mold around the sink, and the shower water temperature doesn't get warm or hot. Those basic comforts make a big difference on a vacation, so I...

"The good- the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is top notch, with amazing views and plenty of comfortable beach loungers. We snorkeled at the beach and there was coral and fish very close by. We had fun during the day at the beach lounging, walking, swimming, and reading. The bad- upon arrival, they told us we needed to pay “the other half” of what we owed. We had already paid in full on hotels.com, though apparently this was a mistake, that was supposed to only be half the price....

"It was the peace and relaxation I needed I was solo for the first time and they set me mind at ease. I felt safe and knew everything was in order as requested. "We had an ocean view room with King bed. The view was amazing of the Caribbean Sea. The marble floor bathroom (incl shower) were beautiful. The bed and pillows were beyond comfortable. The staff was amazing - Excellent customer service. through their service, they let you know that you are a priority. The pool is elevated 4 stories or so, so it overlooks rhe Caribbean Sea and beach. The breakfast buffet was great each morning. 8 - 9 fruit options daily, and different fruits each day. 7 ootions of food, plus 8 different pastries each day. The location is on the beach and is in the urban center with plenty of outside lunch and dinner options can you can also eat lunch or dinner there at the restaurant for cost. Evangelina and Diego are amazing during breakfast. Only 2.5 miles from the Walled City and several attractions or attraction pick up spots"

"Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Estelar Cartagena fue una experiencia excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos todo fue perfecto. Nuestra habitación tenía una vista espectacular al mar, lo que hizo la estancia aún más especial. El área del lobby es hermosa y muy elegante, y la piscina con esa vista al mar simplemente increíble. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de Cartagena. Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fue el servicio. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Raúl, Alfonso, Juan y Mildreth por todas sus atenciones y por hacer nuestra experiencia aún más especial. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!"
