家族五人で三泊滞在しました。部屋が広くて、トイレが二つあって、洗濯機もあって、とても便 利でした。キッチンもありますが、調理器具や食器等があればもっと便利です。テニスもバスケも水泳もできるので、子供がとても満足でした。

Expedia gave incorrect geographical coordinates and I ended up stranded in a inhospitable neighborhood. The hotel reacted quickly. They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. ...
