Three Arch Bay Hotels near Laguna Beach

"It was ok. Although we saw a bug in our room, think it was living in furniture. They switched our rooms and iit was ok. The room was ok they switched us to. Not the same as the last time we stayed here. Although Very convenient to places. "

"Everything about this place was beautiful. There was a photo op everywhere you looked. We stayed for one night and my kids wanted to keep swimming the day we had to check out at 11 AM so I went to the reception and asked if we had to leave the premises and they gave me a key to access the pool held my luggage and told me the car can stay in valet until 10 PM that night. Customer service was always great. I asked for towels in the middle of the night and they brought them to me right away. Im definitely coming back."

"Geographic location is fine if you are okay staying away from more congested areas (e.g. Disneyland); however, you do need a car to travel from location to location. Adjacent Avis/Budget rental facility was super helpful. Check that your tub & toilet drain and flush properly. Ours did not and we had to call the front desk for it to be serviced. Be sure to tip cooking staff. They worked hard to provide fresh food and serve it efficiently. "

"This was a cute hotel it had a comfortable setting and was quiet. It was definitely overpriced. I would have stayed longer. If it wasn’t the price that I had paid. Staff was nice. The parking was unreasonable at $25 a night per vehicle when we had three cars other than that it was a nice place. "

"Breakfast menu was fresh. Front desk was very helpful. Room I was assigned to, Tv and phone did not work. When ask to move rooms there was no fuss! Balcony view ended up being in front of the building units. Housekeeping was attending every other day not every day. "

"More or less great place to stay except the front desk staff are way too busy to acknowledge or talk to you, all the time. And no water bottles in the rooms. I can’t imagine why not. Everything else was pretty good including the breakfast and room service. They could use some newer towels since the ones in circulation while clean, are a bit worse for wear. "

"Carpets in the hallways and room was dirty and needs to be removed or replaced, the windows in the room are dirty inside and outside , generally ran down and need of a refresh "
