Budget Hotels in Thirsk, England

"We returned here this year after enjoyjng our stay last year and we were again very happy. The staff friendliness, lovely very comfortable rooms and wonderful breakfast did not disappoint. Being able to have dinner in the restaurant is a definate plus with not having to go out after a long day driving. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"Great location for town, has its own small car park, Mark, the owner, friendly and welcoming, Veggie breakfast lovely, clran room, clean shower, comfy bed. Would stay again if I'm in the area 😀"

"Wondeful stay"

"We rather liked Kemps Yard, which must be fairly new to the listing. Very convenient for Thirsk town, quietly hidden away from the main road, and clean and cosy. Parking in the yard is almost impossible, although the neighbour is an expert at manoeuvring his pickup down the lane! Callum and Kirsty were very helpful and friendly. Please do note that they do not provide breakfast and during winter the pub is closed on Monday and Tuesday. This did not bother us in the slightest as here are...

"Couldn’t fault a thing .. absolutely amazing place to stay 😊"

"Elm tree cottage was the best stay I’ve had in Yorkshire , I visit often and by far the best place I’ve stayed the hosts were lovely and kind and was great to chat too! The location was perfect in a cute little village on a farm close to Thirsk and an easy drive to York. Providing the essentials for cooking and a cozy little cottage too! Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future! "
