We couldn’t get clean towels because they were being washed, the sink was literally falling from the wall, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, there was only one role of tissue, the meat at breakfast was always half done. When I asked for another room I was told they would change my room the next day but that never happened. I was asking everyday to fix the toilet. The pool was closed which was part of the reason I booked with this hotel and the computers were not working. "
