"L’hôtel est très bien situé, propre et sa piscine-sauna sont très bien. Cependant les chambres datent un peu, les salles de bain sont vieillottes et bien que grandes, les chambres deluxes ont des lits double. Pour un pris à 400$ la nuit, c’est inacceptable. Des lits queen ou même King sont ce qui est attendus pour ce prix. Malheureusement je n’y retournerai pas."

"The photos on Expedia looked much better than the actual stay. This is really more of an old motel than a hotel. We were automatically placed in the older section, and when we tried to pay extra to upgrade, there was no availability left. The soundproofing was extremely poor — you could hear the upstairs water running like it was dripping directly into the room, and conversations from neighboring rooms were clearly audible. The walls and floors felt very thin. Cleanliness was also below expectations. There were also many people hanging around outside smoking marijuana or acting strangely around the parking area, which did not feel very comfortable or safe. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience and we would not stay here again."

"The pool area is hazardous. The top 2 steps into the pool were very slippery. The hand railings were very loose getting in an out of the hot tub. The top step of the hot tub was uneven and I cut my toe on the rocky step. Which to my toe to bleed severely. Very unsafe!!!! Between the pool and hot tub being neglected a law suit is just waiting to happen if someone has a more severe incident than I had."

"Cute hotel. Parking was not close, had to haul luggage down cobblestone streets. Wish it had valet service. Hotel was hard to find; it was on a pedestrian street. GPS gave wrong directions. Bathroom has no counter space however shower was huge. Had trouble with the TV, cable box was almost at ceiling, on top of cabinet."
