"The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, and there was easy access to the waterway for a lovely stroll. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a free trolley was available. The room location was slightly noisy, but they provided earplugs to help with this issue. One area for improvement would be updating the technology. There are only USB charging ports, and I have a USB-C port. I have an adapter, but I forgot to bring it with me. Overall, I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it!"

"Everything was good except there’s no lighting outside at all; most of the parking is in back & on the right side but when it’s dark outside you can’t see anything! It’s pitch black. It truly is scary if you’re a woman alone. "
