"The staff were very helpful letting us have an earlier check-in time. What we didn’t like was that there are no grab bars in the tub to assist you when getting in and out of the tub and yes I realize most ppl have a cell phone, but a clock radio on the night stand would have been nice as it’s nice to turn your phone off to disconnect."

"I requested for cleaning on a Wednesday in the middle of my stay however, the lady at the front desk must not have inputted it in the system because it never happened. They comp me for this by providing the cleaning the following day and extending my checkout time on my last day the renovation was so noisy that it woke me up. Everything else was perfect. Amenities was great especially for staying for a business conference for a week. Location was also great. Everything was about 20 minutes away."

"Beds and room were clean. Staff was friendly. The rooms are very basic, and the hotel is old & showing some age. Good enough for me to spend a reasonably priced night or two anytime I'm in that part of town. I wouldn't stay there on MY honeymoon, but I might stay there on yours."

"Jason was so helpful! The pool was closed for maintenance which we understood but we were still disappointed as that was one of the reasons we booked here. However, we were really especially impressed with the helpful staff. :) "
