"Gladstone is listed as having parking on-site, but upon arrival there was no lot. I spent 30 mins trying to locate parking during rush hour traffic. I found a garage nearby that had a sign for Gladstone but there was no information sent prior to use that garage, I was also charged to park here. Communication regarding where to park would have saved us a lot of hassle, and overall left us with a not so great experience. "

"My room was good overall, but it had some issues with the room which were not what I expected for what I paid for the room. I brought it up to the front desk upon checkout and they said they would speak with the manager. "

"Halls were dirty smelled of cigarettes, our room hadnt been cleaned properly there were empty alcohol cans left in there, the bathroom floor was dirty it had had the leftover lid from last peoples shampoo and just looked dirty. The biggest issue is BLACK MOLD that made my boyfriend and I very sick. I had trouble breathing and a rash on my face, realized in the am when i went to to shower the issue was black mold on the ceiling. Hotel staff refused to be helpful on this matter. So nasty! Dont stay here "
