"First room I got the toilet did not flush properly, the a/c would not cool leaving the room at 78, and the fridge did not work. The second room floor was dirty left the bottom of our feet black, light in the bathroom was literally a wire with a bulb hanging from the ceiling as if the room was not finished being renovated. The light by the bed was hanging from wall and missing lamp shade and the door would not close without a considerable amount of effort. Property is definitely dated which wouldn’t be a big deal but it’s also poorly maintained. Kind of falling apart. Staff was kind and helpful and promptly switched rooms for us when notified. Location is great! Like many ppl said in other reviews I thought that for the price and location that it would be ok if the rooms were dated and the had minimal upgrades but I was wrong. The condition of this hotel is really unacceptable. Maybe the rooms I had weren’t the best they had but they definitely need to do repairs and renovations. TLDR. Rooms are very dated and poorly maintained. Basically falling apart. A/c issues, toilet issues, dirty, fridge not working, and in state of disarray. Staff is kind and helpful Great location and great price. You have to pay for parking like 45$"

"There were no business facilities. There was no gym. Breakfast that was included was good, a number of options and easily accessible. The parking lot was a little sub par but rooms were OK. Clean and fridge, iron etc worked. Air conditioner was a little flakey by for the room and rate it was adequate. "

"The location is wonderful. The room was clean and the staff was great. The size of the room was impressive but not utilized. There was no safe in the room and we never could find an ice machine."
