"The property switched our room from what we reserved (two beds) to one bed and a pull out. We were not notified about this in advance and found out on arrival, we were told they were fully booked and they were unable to give us what we reserved. There was no bedding for the pull out, we were told some would be sent up to us, after an hour of waiting (it was after 10pm at this point) we tried calling the front desk, and housekeeping, no one answered. We returned to the front desk and were then handed bedding to make up the pull out bed ourselves, pillows were not provided. The pull out was uncomfortable, and the blanket provided was insufficient and the room was cold. The shower water temp was warm, but not hot at the max setting. The experience left a lot to be desired to say the least."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great. I was disappointed that the eggs had cheese because i cannot eat dairy. If you had some hard boiled eggs, that would be a great option for gluten free, dairy free breakfast."

"The curtains are light and do not close all the way the heavy ones only stationary and do not close, just decorations. They are too light and being on the first floor you can feel uncomfortable when you have the lights on and its dark outside. "
