"The concierge was a lovely lady who called me by name the next morning when I saw
Her working in the gift shop. She was so friendly and it made me feel special that she remembered me!
The bell men were each excellent! I will stay again at the Omni! "
"It is very convenient to the hospital district about a ten minute drive. My wife was having surgery the next morning. We had a little problem with the room they moved us immediately and apologized and offered a discount which we declined. They were very nice and accommodating we will definitely return for another stay. "
