"I had a bit of a disappointing stay at the Crescent. The room wouldn’t cool down. They sent a technician who said it would be fixed but sadly after returning very late to a very warm room after a very long night of somewhat overindulgence the front desk only offer a change of rooms. Unfortunately the only thing moving at that point was the room in a slow spinning nature I decide to stay in the moist heat. And then morning came too soon and I was trapped by my own undoing in a rapidly warming luxury room. I made the most of it and considered it my own ‘personal Crescent sauna detox room for the chronically overserved.’ It seems to work wonders (with the quarter pounder with cheese and crispy Coke). Would I go back- definitely. Would I double check the a/c before heading out to test all the adult beverages- also definitely. "

"Overall the stay went well. The biggest downfall to us was that it was very loud around the hotel. People doing karaoke at a near by restaurant and it made it really hard for us to sleep. Breakfast here was good and the staff were nice. "

"The pool and area was clean but has a strong smell of propane. The staff at Starbucks cash register had no personality and was rude. The whiskey bar was a great spot to end the night. Our room was clean and beautiful!"

"The location is fantastic. That's about where it stops. App to check-in is fine if known in advance, parking still charged us even when we followed instructions given. No sheets on the bed, no blow dryer although we were told there was one and when addressed took hours to get sheets and never received blow dryer. NO COFFEE in the community area the first night. Second day somebody left some keurig pods but only 1 disposable coffee cup was available and it LEAKED! Long hairs all in the bathroom floor that were black (we're both blond so clearly not ours), AC would not cool down and reset to 76 degrees every time we tried to change. Front door broke and wouldn't close letting anyone enter. No staff overnight or early morning to address issues. This place has potential but I would save your money and book elsewhere. "
