"We were super unhappy we booked for the water park. I guess the booming site was the issue. The park was closed all that was open was the pool . We went for the waterpark. So we had to spend so much more money doing things to keep our children entertained. Because the whole purpose of us going was closed down. Very disappointed. The ac unit was broken wouldn’t cut on but for three minutes then shut off. And the tv had zero channels. Wouldn’t suggest this to anyone"

"Everything was good about our stay. We were on the Parkway side. That would be the only thing I would change. It was not the hotels fault but the drag racing that went on at night was awful. That would be something maybe they could talk to the police force about. But other than that our stay was great."

"I would not stay here again. The mattresses were horrible, the pillows were flat. The shower curtain was torn and tattered. I received an email prior to arrival that both the indoor and outdoor pools were open, not so the outdoor pool was empty. The indoor pool was open but like ice. The hot tub had hot water but the control for the jets had been removed. The lazy river was very nice and we had a lot of fun in it, but the stairs going in had several broken tiles. The staff upon checking in and in the breakfast room was nice. Great location to many attractions, but I would not stay there again. "

"Overall everything was very good, however a few things could have been better. The fireplace in the room was already cut off for the season even though the temperatures got down into the 40s at night, and the lobby fireplace was still operational. This was one reason I booked the certain room with the fireplace. The shower didn’t have a seal on one side of the door, so it ran into the floor and soaked the bath mat. The lighted Market Street sign hanging outside was so bright it made it look like dawn all night (maybe some room darkening curtains or something?) Upon check in, Chloe was outstanding! She was very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop pool and bar was great. "
