"Staff was super nice! The property was cute, definitely on the older side but had all the basic amenities. Our AC in our room didn’t work, we did request to have it serviced but wasn’t resolved before we checked out. This only was a mild problem as we could open the window for cooler air. Overall a good stay."

"Presidential suite is massively huge, but outdated decor. Its very well priced though. I've stayed in the same suite on two separate occasions a year apart, and one of the light switches in the bathroom has been broken for over a year now. The mattress was very lumpy, old and uncomfortable. The suite was very hot, and hard to get it cool so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open. They didn't leave any extra bedding for the sleeper sofa, so we had to call down for that. The elevator railings looked as if they hadnt been cleaned in 20 years. They lobby and the rest of the hotel looked clean. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent!"
