"Very old and smelly And 6am you can hear ppl preparing meal. Anyway this is not Shangri-La. Can’t think or expect like 5stars Smelly room. Noisy, fix the aircon; pls haha aircon noise I use ear plugs. Anyway I will not visit again so fix or whatever. We went to gym and than came back the room door was opened. Abit extreme hahaha Hahaha…. Sigh Also poor communication "

"I arrived at 2:55pm. Reception made me wait the 5 minutes until 3pm to check in. That was ridiculous. Poor reception staff is the main problem. Unfriendly The best staff were at the restaurant at breakfast. Very nice. Although the food selection was limited compared with other hotels. My room was a bit threadbare with marked walls and scratched floor. "
