"Beautiful hotel"

"This hotel is NOT in Terminal 2. I can only describe this as the absolute worst possible case scenario. The name of the hotel “Niranta Airport Transit Hotel, Terminal 2, Arrivals” implies the hotel is in terminal 2 at Arrivals. However this is not the case. The special instructions for checking in stated the following - This hotel is located inside Terminal 2 of Mumbai International Airport. A valid ticket and Visa is required to access this property. This is misleading and contradictary. You can NOT access the hotel from inside Terminal 2. After flying from the US on a 17 hour flight and thinking I will get off the plane (in terminal 2) and proceed to get some needed sleep for a 16 hour overnight layover. Come to find out “Arrivals” to them means outside the airport and "landside" means inside the airport. The staff did not care. They also mentioned that this happens all the time. I’m delirious from lack of sleep and these robots at the front desk are literally say “it’s your fault you booked the wrong hotel”. Nothing to be done they say. Totally screwed. Go from expecting a bed and a shower and a change of clothes to trying to sleep in a chair by the food court. Misleading info. Rude staff. Insane bureaucracy beyond comprehension. I will never forgive this one"

"Stayed at Trident Mumbai BKC and had a fantastic experience. The staff truly went above and beyond..helping with shuttle arrangements, pickups and drop-offs, and just about everything in between without missing a beat. In-room dining was excellent, laundry service was quick and reliable, and having a hairdresser onsite was a nice bonus. The location is ideal for business travel…just a stone’s throw from Jio World. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to BKC Mumbai for work."

"Room and bathroom size is big enough for 2 people Good sunlight Staff are mostly young trainees so there is a lack of proficiency and efficiency. Cleanliness is fine but they didn’t clean under the bed and I found trash from the previous guest lying underneath. Excellent breakfast! Good variety and good quality food at a nominal price "
