Stayed at Trident Mumbai BKC and had a fantastic experience. The staff truly went above and beyond..helping with shuttle arrangements, pickups and drop-offs, and just about everything in between without missing a beat. In-room dining was excellent, laundry service was quick and reliable, and having a hairdresser onsite was a nice bonus. The location is ideal for business travel…just a stone’s throw from Jio World. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to BKC Mumbai for work.

We purchased a package that included one way transportation from the airport. The hotel did not provide the transportation we requested but went over and beyond to make the situation right once we finally arrived. Beautiful hotel, lovely attentive staff and excellent dinner buffet. Room was well appointed and bed was comfortable. We had the opportunity to visit the 9th floor lounge and was very pleased with the vibe and offerings. Only giving four stars because location is challenging. Despite being adjacent the airport it took 30 minutes to get there and return. We would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, staff all very kind , professional and helpful. Hotel is quite a corporate feel, seems more of a business hotel. We stayed for one night between flights as it’s quite close to the airport. The hotel provided transfer services which was very well done. Despite being more of a corporate hotel the staff all made our one night stay feel very special, particularly for our two children. Highly recommended
