"Room was extremely dirty, dusty, qas hard to grt staff to redo key. Rates are way too expensive and rooms look nothing like what's pictured online! Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. "

"Stayed here for Lollapalooza, the hotel was quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was pretty dirty but there seemed to be a lot of kids. Overall it was great. I didn’t see a lot of housekeeping though. "
