"Wow! This hotel was wonderful. We had a horrible stay the night before in Cologne and arrived via train quite early so we could visit the Christmas markets. It was raining and we were tired. Upon arrival, we had only intended to drop off our bags but, to our surprise, both of our rooms were ready early so we were able to check in! The rooms were fabulous and had everything you could have wanted. The staff was wonderful. The property was beautiful. Could not more highly recommend staying here."

"The room was good, air conditioning was not adequate. Clean comfortable bed. Pool is indoors but the air inside the pool room was so hot that we chose not to use it. The hotel sushi restaurant was overpriced and was just okay. Service at the restaurant was not the best and was very slow. Not sure if we would stay there again. Also going to the rooms required a map as it’s not the easiest hotel to navigate. Reception staff were friendly and helpful."
