"Trendy and witchy, with a sprinkle of high end luxury. This was a long awaited bucket list trip for my daughter and I. We visited in March, there was ample parking behind the building and check-in was clearly explained through text messages and easy to complete. This was our first experience with a virtual check-in. Entering the hotel was almost magical. The colour scheme, the decor and small and well thought out touches made a great first impression. The room and washroom were clean, spacious and had all the extras someone could need or think of. We were able to walk to and from most of the tourist attractions within twenty minutes. The only “complaint” we have is that even though we looked for a hotel that would provide (an included) breakfast, we only found out, once booked, that they no longer provided breakfast. A thirty dollar voucher to Jaho is provided, but that amount doesn’t get you very far over two nights. Nonetheless, we’d recommend a stay at The Coach House and we’ll certainly be back. "

"When checking in if the first person is busy with a customer, then there should be a second person to be able to check in anybody else so the customer does not have to wait"

"I travel for work and stay usually at Hampton Inns. This by far was the best breakfast buffet I have had yet. The staff was warm and gave great tips on local attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. And the daily coffee in the lobby rivaled the Starbucks across the street."

"Giving this hotel even one star would be too much. The hotel has structural problems. I checked in around 5 pm and, being tired from my business trip, fell asleep quickly. Soon after, I was woken up by a dull, cracking sound from upstairs. I went to the front desk to ask why the upstairs guests were making the same noises all the time. The front desk said they would call the upstairs room, but the dull, uneven flooring sounds continued, and seemed to be increasing. I went back to the front desk to ask for a room change, but she refused. Unable to sleep because of the noise, I asked what to do. The front desk then said I threatened her and she would call the police, escalating the case. I said, "Fine, call the police then." I went back to my room to wait for the police. When the police knocked my room, I let them into the room to listen to the sounds. The police suggested I use earplugs or find another hotel, but I had already paid for this one. The police asked how I paid, and I said by credit card. The police suggested I contact my credit card company. I did, and they found that in addition to the $99.41 I paid through Expedia, the hotel had also charged me an extra $15. The credit card company said they would refund the money through a dispute after the bill was issued. I asked the credit card company to confirm and make a note of my experience before checking out of the hotel. I planned to rest well and drive 7-8 hours home the next day, but ended up driving 7-8 hours home"
