Traveling to Salem on the off-season was a great experience for this hotel. There was plenty of parking, even though the parking in the back was small. The hotel itself is clean and beautifully decorated. The concierge was easy to get a hold of through text messaging. I like the digital check in and check out.

Doing all by phone and online is new to me so I’m still on the fence. Juggling my phone (which had the code for entrance lock) and lugging my suitcase up the entrance stairs and inside stairs was a challenge, not recommended for people with any accessibility needs. Beautiful property, without a doubt. Responsive staff via text messages and onsite parking was most helpful.

Great stay there, easy to find and private parking helps in a crowded popular city. Friendly staff just a text away and beautiful room. Only negative i can say that i find it odd that the room doesn't have access to simple things like a microwave or fridge. Plus I'll avoid getting top floor room, all the heat rises up at the end of the day and it gets warm and stuffy even with the ac. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I stayed for a birthday trip. It was such a beautiful place. Someone kept in touch before, during and after our stay. I never felt like I was "out of the loop". Be prepared to walk about a mile to downtown. It is a nice, safe walk though. I would definitely recommend the Coach House!
