"Cosy functional property. Very close to ORR and Sarjapur.
Rooms are decently sized and clean. Service is great and staff is very helpful.
However, the beds are not good and the mattresses are very uncomfortable"

"The good part :
- The hotel is clean
- Price is reasonable
- Easy access to IT park
- Free bottled water
Concerns:
- Staff not courteous, When I got down from the cab I needed help to take 2 luggages up the stairs ( standard courtesy extended at most hotels in India ) to reach reception area but the bell boys waited till I took the luggage up by myself.
- Outside the hotel area is bit crowded and feels lil unsafe even the elevator don’t have floor access control.
